why is it such a pleasure to live in? apart from being a stately 1930s mansion, the location is great. we do almost everything on foot. within a sigh you are at the market, the supermarket, the cinema and theater, or the train station. the station has great service to surrounding cities and beyond. by bike you can get to the city beach at goudasfalt and the reeuwijk lakes in no time. all accessible within minutes. but even if we want to run or bike a little further, the nature of the reeuwijk lakes, the krimpenerwaard and the vlist is beautiful and close by.
and then when we are home, we enjoy the sun early in the season. it soon feels summery in the garden. with all the outdoor options (gardens and balconies) you can seek the sun any time of day anyway!

layout:

first floor:
entrance, vestibule with meter cupboard, passage to the hall with staircase, toilet, stairs cupboard and access to the living room. the entrance and hall are still equipped with the original wall tiles and the beloved granite floor.
there is an attractive and light-friendly living room of approx. 32m², which is finished with oak parts. the wood stove with beautiful fireplace is not to be missed in the living room and provides extra pleasant warmth. from the sitting area at the front you have an unobstructed view of the jan van beamontstraat.
